How long does printing take?
Most orders enter production shortly after your file is approved; production time depends on the product and quantity, and shipping time is separate from production time.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF is preferred for print-ready files; we also accept common image formats like JPG and PNG. Use the Printcart designer if you’d rather build your design directly on the product.
Can I design my product on your site?
Yes — open the designer on a product page to add text, upload artwork, and preview it on the item before you order.
Do you check my file before printing?
We do a basic check for obvious issues like low resolution or a missing bleed area and will reach out if something looks off.
How is my order shipped?
Once production is finished, your order ships out and you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes, your past orders and uploaded artwork are available in your account so you can reorder without starting from scratch.
